PVC Foaming Regulator

PVC foam regulator is made of acrylic ester and other monomers through emulsion polymerization process, mainly used to improve the uniformity of rigid PVC foam products, promote PVC resin plasticization, melting, and improve the appearance quality of products.

When used as processing AIDS, it can greatly improve the melt strength and give the product a better surface finish. When used as a foaming regulator, the product is given higher melt strength, better plasticizing performance and fluidity, promoting the gelation of PVC, making the gas generated by the thermal decomposition of the foaming agent as soon as possible and completely dissolved in the PVC melt, and the PVC molecular chain is entangled with each other, greatly improving the strength and elasticity of the melt. The PVC melt can produce the strength and the expansion of the gas to adapt to the expansion of the gas and the elongation necessary to ensure that the gas in the process of increasing the formation of small dense and independent bubble holes, can retain more uniform dense bubbles, so as to obtain a uniform foam structure, lower density and better surface finish.

The product is white amorphous powder, insoluble in water and ethanol, and can dissolve or swell in wine, ketone and chlorine. Products comply with health standards (GB9681-88)
