Product Introduction

This product is colorless transparent liquid, insoluble in water, excellent compatibility with PVC, compared with DOTP in performance, plasticizing efficiency (soft and hard) is the same. It can be replaced in equal amount in a certain formula, and has the advantages of flame retardancy, antibacterial properties, short plasticizing time and good product transparency without adjustment. Mechanical properties: compared with DOTP, it belongs to the same level, and can completely replace DOTP in specific plastic processed products, and the comprehensive price ratio is better than DOTP. The product is a bio-based plasticizer with a bio-based content of 95%, which can pass the EU REACH, ROHS and phthale-16 environmental protection regulations and meet the EU export requirements.

Application

For LVT floor bio-based plasticizer, can 100% replace petrochemical based DOTP, calendered film and light box cloth and a series of PVC products.
