Microsuspension polyvinyl chloride paste resin
(1) Nature
PVC paste resin is a vinyl chloride homopolymer produced by the micro-suspension process, which is mixed with plasticizer and other processing AIDS during processing to form a dispersion paste, so it is called paste resin or paste resin.

(2) Specifications
TPM-31, whose polymerization degree is 1230 ~ 1430;

(3) Use
PVC paste resin is mainly used for processing coated artificial leather, wallpaper, color steel plate, foam floor, gloves, molded or rotary cast toys, portraits, artificial melon samples, plastic flowers and so on. It can also be used to prepare coatings, adhesives, inks and sealing materials. PVC paste resin has the characteristics of cheap processing equipment, simple and cheap mold, easy foaming, can be made into special shape, fewer times of product processing heat, and can be produced in a small amount and multiple varieties, etc., and is widely used.

(4) Product packaging, storage and transportation
The products are packed with kraft paper bags, polypropylene woven bags or kraft paper and polypropylene woven composite bags lined with plastic film bags, each bag net weight (25.0±0.2) kg. It should be ensured that the packaging of the product is not damaged during normal storage and transportation, and the product is not contaminated or leaked.

The products comply with the enterprise standard Q/TWPVC 004-2014 "Polyvinyl chloride paste resin" standard.
